Jubilee with live hydraulics, yes; Live pto and power steering, Not likely, unless it was converted aftermarket. I think what you're really looking for is a 661 or 861 if you want standard ground clearance tractor; or a 761 or 961 if you want a row crop tractor. These machines get confused with the Jubilee by the uninformes because they all have that "cyclops" center medallion on the hood. Check the link below for all the poop. Pay special attention to the comparison page and the serial number page. Look at ALL the pages, they're worth it.

As with anything, that will depend on overall condition as well as local factors, ie, how popular are they in your area. I got my 850 with an uninstalled loader for $2500. Tractor works good but is NOT show condition by any stretch. The loader is a mystery. I now have it sitting on consignment at the local implement dealer with a $500 price tag. That's definitely the low end of the scale. I haven't found any "hundred" series tractors in any decent condition for that cheap since. I've seen prices all the way up to $5000-$6000 for really nice ones. Generally a good one will go for somewhere between $3500-$4500. On the column to the left click on "tractor registry" where folks have listed the tractors they own, options they have, prices paid, and other equipment that came with it. That should give you a good picture of the price range you're dealing with. Check the classifieds on this site as well...and the photo ads, too. Good luck.
