I'm looking for information on a Fordson tractor. Ther serial no. is 81045. I've learned the serial no. makes it a 1919. I don't have any
information on what model it is. Can anyone help?
Mike

:Mike: You do have a 1919 Model F Fordson, produced at the Rouge plant in Dearborn. Does your radiator have 'ladder sides' ( 4 openings on the cast iron side piece?) You cannot always trust the engine serial number for the age of the tractor since they many times were swapped out of another tractor or replaced. Do your rear steel wheels have six spokes or six? Those two items plus the engine number should narrow down whether the entire tractor is of the same vintage.

I'm looking for information on a Fordson : tractor. Ther serial no. is 81045. I've learned : the serial no. makes it a 1919. I don't have any

Don,
The tractor does not have the ladder radiator. It has (6) spokes. Thanks for the
help.
