I am having a problem with my hydraulics on a 600 series tractor . I can't seem to consistantly get fluid through the piston type diverter that is mounted where the accessory plate originally was.It acts as a switch to send fluid to the controls for a bucket loader when pulled out. I pulled it all apart and replaced the o-rings on the piston and between the plates where this switch bolts on. I've replaced all the fluid, which was brownish gray and I have not found a filter of any type. Sometimes the bucket will work, sometimes not.The fuid does not make it to the bucket controls so I wouldn't think they are the problem. The rear 3pt. works fine. Also I should note that I found a small part on the floor which may or may not be related. It looks like a 1/4" threaded rod 1/2" long with a small spring on one end and a very small alan screw in the opposite end. The alan screw end is painted red while the spring end is not. Any thoughts?

I wish I could be of help to you with the remote valve but I just can't remember exactly how it looked but I think it was designed so that when the knob was one way the auxillary valves could be used and when the other way the 3 poing lift could be used and not both at the same time.
I could be wrong on this but it is the way I vaugely remember it.
