I have a ford 600 1956 and I have a loader on it. (wagner wf3) and I have a weight on the back. I have been experiencing a lot of corrections when I lift the 3 point hitch with the weight on it. It normally is suspended by a chain. Any ideas? I had this lift cover rebuilt in 1994 so I think it might be something little. thanks

I did what you said but there is only one spot to look. Is there something I am missing? There is no leak coming from the piston but I can"t see anything else. BG

PULL THE FILL PLUGS ON THE LIFT COVER RAISE THE LIFT WITH A LOAD THEN WITH A FLASHLIGHT YOU CAN LOOK THRU THE PLUG HOLES AND SEE THE CYLINDER AND THE CONTROL VALVE AS WELL AS THE SAFETY VALVE THIS IS THE EASIEST WAY I HAVE FOUND TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE LIFT COVER BEFORE REMOVING IT YOU SHOULD SEE WHERE THE OIL IS LEAKING
