Farm Trac 45 60 tractors. Are they Ford 3000 series tractors?

I saw the other day a tractor called Farmtrac 45 and a 60. The 45 sure looked like a 3000 and the 60 more like a 3910 or 3930.

Any comments on these tractors? How do they compare to in particular to the Ford 3000. While they look the same on the outside, are their parts identical and interchangable with the 3000? What about relative quality vs the old Fords?

It almost makes me want to buy one of those 45's and pull off the Farmtrac stickers and replace the logos with Ford 3000!

Are the labels the only differences????

Thanks,
Bill

I have a 1998 Farmtrac 60 and the Ford Dealer in Goldsboro, NC said that it is the same tractor as a New Holland Ford 3930 except for the brakes. The Ford has wet brakes and the Farmtrac has dry
brakes. I am using all Ford filters which fit my tractor. I now have 900 hours on it and have had good service.

I am buying a new Farm trac 60 series and would
like to know where and what kind of three cylinder
diesel it has it in. Any comments would be appreciated.
