Guys I have two questions about my tractor how do you find out if it is a 4100,4140,4110, or just a plain 4000.
My other question is when your sitting on the tractor underneath and to your right what are the two levers and the one valve adjustment for?One lever is a two position lever and either sticks straight up or lays flat and the other is a two postion lever with a ring handle.

Sounds like you have a 4000.
The two position lever that "either sticks straight up or lays flat" is you draft/positon control selector for the hydraulic lift.
The valve adjuster is to control the oil flow to the lift when raiseing.
The other lever with the ring handle could be your parking brake latch.
regards
Brian
