Thanks for all the help with other problems. Tractor running great with all new "electric", cables, ignition switch, coil etc. Now, My 621 has a fuel gage but not hooked up. The sending unit in the tanks appears to work, 75 ohms about half full and about 65 ohms three quarters full. I'm not sure if the is correct but at least it responds . How is the gage hoohed up with a 6 volt positive ground system? Thanks, Albe

Off the top of my head and not having the book in front of me, it is fed off ignition switch to a in line fuse to guage to sender. Check your fuse first, if okay, see if it is still attached to back side of switch.

Hi Albe. I just replaced mine and the feed wire hooked to the left post as your sitting on the seat and the sender wire hooked on right post. Hopefully there the same as mine made it clear that reversal would damage unit! Good luck WRP
