I have always admired these industrial Fords. I believe this is a model 1801, 1960 vintage. I don't think I have ever seen one restored. Does anybody out there restore these?

Tony, yes I remember. Have you ever seen a completely restored 1801? Do you know if there are many around?

You must be keeping busy; I don't see you on the board as much as before.

Bill

Hi Bill , yes busy doesn't cover it , just got home from a job site working on Allis-Chalmers Loaders all late 60's vintage a 945, two 745's and two 545's . The 945 has a 9 yard bucket on it and the 745's have 5 yard buckets on them . Not much else to do when you back to the motel room when you work on the road . Thanks Tony Jacobs

My neighbor also has an 1801. I believe its a 1959. They recently swapped out the SOS for a manual transmision. I think its a great looking machine with that super solid front end and grill. I would like to find one in nice shape.

Hi Forworkma, Where are you located ? I live in Mass. Industrials are hard to find in nice shape most have been worked very hard and get beat bad. What are you looking for a work machine or a resto project or ? I have 6 of them now, maybe to sell ? Thanks Tony Jacobs
