Another dumb question

I think my neighbor has a 621, but it looks like somoene put a 3PTH lift and PTO shaft on it at a later date.

He wants to know if he should put a 621 decal on it or 641 decal on it.

I told him that it is personal preference but 621 would be correct. Then I laughed and told him to put 621 on one side and 641 on the other side because he asks silly questions but he is a funny guy and works hard. He just is not the brightest light bulb in the socket oror the sharpest knife in the drawer but he would giv ehis shirt off his back to a stranger in need.

His 621 has Power Steering and a Sherman step-up transmission. Does that add any value to it and he is now thinking of selling it to me.

I don't have any casting codes or the serial number but I can get it.

What should I pay for it?
