MY 3 POINT HITCH OPPERATES AT ABOUT THE LAST TWO INCHES OF THE QUADRENT TO THE TOP WHAT DOES IT NEED OR IS THIS WHERE ITS SUPPOSED TO OPERATE BY THE WAY IT IS ON A 640 MODEL THANK YOU

Yes, taking it out of draft control may help. I was just reminded that I posted your same question two years ago, and it helped me. -but behavior was still not quite right, so today I pulled the lift cover off to look into adjusting the lift mechanism. I found I can't adjust it just yet, as I need to replace the cam-follower pin. I'll be contacting Zane asap, it seems he has the adjustment process all documented, based on this post:
