No wonder no response to previous post (Ford 19-115 Loader). I don't think that is even a model number. Anyway, I am slowly gathering information on my Front End Loader and it seems the 19-105 was an Industrial Loader. That would explain the huge bucket (7'wide, by 2.5' deep, by 2.5' tall) that came with it. My 841 can't really handle that Loader. Tractor has no power steering and standard size tires in front. The loader won't hardly lift it's own weight even without dirt in the bucket. The bucket alone probably weighs 400-500 pounds. It is simply solid steel. The loader has single action cyclinders, so they are slow. My delima is, do I leave the loader on the tractor and tinker with the hydraulics, to increase speed and lifting capacity, if that is possible? I probably, would also need someone to cut the bucket down to cut the weight. Or, do I remove the loader and try to sell it? I don't have any use for the loader in it's current state and really don't know if it is worth my time to mess with and if it is worth leaving on the tractor. The wear and tear on the tractor isn't worth it. Any suggestions?

Allan, Ihave the 19-105 on my 53 Jubilee and the bucket in not that big. The loader is wonderful. Someone in the past may have installed the larger bucket for a special purpose, but my bucket is about 3 ft wide. I tried to read the model numbers on the bucket, but the sun went down and it was hard to read.

I'm not sure which loader this is but I have a 1962 4000 (same thing as an 800 series)with a 720 industrial loader and it handles it just fine. You need some weight on the rear to keep it down, loaded tires or weights. My loader can handle 1500 - 2000 lbs.
I would check your hyraulic pump to be sure it is providing enough pressure. You should have a crank pulley driven pump. The 3pt pump is not strong enough. My bucket is also very large!
I would very much recommend power steering. Beware!!!! The adjustable front axles can't always handle the loads the loader will put on it and may break!

Thanks for the responses guys. Any suggestions on how to check the hydrualic pressure on the pump and what it should be producing? My tires are loaded (filled) and I have a 300 plus pound blade on the back and the loader still labors. Maybe the fluid, the pump, the super duty bucket. FYI the tractor has the front mounted pump nestled nicely in it's bracket. Any help on some simple checks I can go through to pinpoint problems would be most appreciated.

Thanks.
