Hi Bob, I recently split my 8N had the clutch rebuilt at a clutch shop, new tooth ring on the fly wheel, replaced the throw-out bearing. Total cost about $220. All the best. john

New clutch, pressure plate, ring gear, throw out pilot bearings, and maybe re-surface flywheel and new trans input shaft seal, do all the work except re-surfacing yourself, $300-350 using NH parts. My $.02
