Looking at a Ford model 2000 - 3 cylinder gas tractor. Owner has completely re-conditioned, including new rubber, seat, paint, etc.. 1967 or 68 model. 1. 7,382 hours (was a County belly mount mower) is this overly high hours?
2. Asking price is $6,500. High? Low?
Any comments appreciated.
Seller is from a farm family that also has an implement business.

NO WAY LOL.it is not worth $6500.even if it is reconditioned, you still have to look at the original hours it has on it.Its probably woth about $5000(in my opinion anyway)maybe less cause of the hrs.you could by a good ford 4000 0r 5000
diesel for $6500.good luck.

I have a completly restored 1972 2000 gas. It has always been on our family farm. It has 2,650 hours and had very light use. I have been offered $7,500 but mine has near perfect restoration. I would want to know if it has live PTO and Power Steering
