Hello , can't seem to get the tractor to move. Acts like it wants to move but any resistance stops it. Fluid is full, key in keyway not sheered, fan is working, just makes a horible grinding noise when engaged. Please help before I ruin this beautiful old tractor.

Sounds as if the deed is already done. Unless this tractor really, really means a lot to you, it may not be worth it to dig too deep into it. Main relief valve would be a starting place.

Hello Rick B, thanks for the reply. Could you please e-mail me directly at MAKNABRAKE@webtv.net with any help about this. You are the only person that replied so far or that seems to have any idea at all about what might work. I also found out today that you shouldn't be able to move (push) the tractor with the fliud valve in the drive position. Unfortunatly mine can be moved/pushed in the drive position. Can you shed any light on this?
