Ford Tractor built a model 4000 forklift on the 4-cyl 4000 (801 family), 172 cid engine power train in the early 60's. It has a large cast counterweight integral with the grill.

After 1965 there were a number of manufacturers that built Fork lifts on the 3000, 4000 3-cyl industrial powertrains such as KD, Sellick and as Charlie says, Warner Swasey which was retailed through Ford Tractor dealers. oimnser

I can't find any I.D tag or numbers. It has forward
reverse shuttle. It has white sheet metal and blue
chasis,a huge counterweight,"front hyd pump",
some of the parts are in INDUSTRIAL 800 parts book. It seems to say "marshall" on hood, but its
not real legible. The hood is squared off, not like
a 800.The steer axle is heavy duty i used king pins from FORD truck possibly F-600 they were a
perfect fit.Brakes are in the wheel.
