1963 ford 4000 power steering problem

the tractor has been sitting for a few years and hasnt been touched at all. when i started her up last friday for the first time in ???? years everything work farily well except that after her runnign for 1 hr or so the power steering starting crapping out. its building up to much pressure some how. at first she started leaking at the top of the pump itself at at i guess a "pinhole vent on the top of the cover". So i continued to use her for daily chores, but conitinuing to fill her up with power steering fluid everyday---fresh--- and she leaks milking oil back out, even thoguh i put her in fresh and she leaks out nasty. But now after a fews days since friday, she has been leaking out of the vent screw on the steeritng box, which obciusly is related to the power steering becasue lines from the pump go there. and one other thing the pump has no filter in it roght now, so..... what neeeds to be fixed. she pisseds oil out of both spots now like crazy and its milky... and it comes out the the steering box vent so fast its not even funny. please help. -casey
