If the loader valve assembly is a power beyond type, reversing the PB and the Tank return lines would produce the problem in the most common type hook ups.

Ive bleed the pump, and am getting fluid. What do you mean by reversing the lines? My tractor has the valves located under the seat , bolted to the top of the tranny. What lines should I change? The loader seams to go up a little slow , could it be the pump? Thanks , Craig..

Are you sure the hydraulic pump isn't airbound ? You may have to bleed it.
