I've got a fuel leak from the piece holding the sediment bowl. Three different times I've ordered the part and the hole for the hollow bolt to pass through is too small. Also the fuel line coupling is too small. Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong here?

I think you got the part for the 3 cyl and you need it for the 4 cyl. There are 2 gaskets that go on each end of the hollow bolt. Where is it leaking at? The fuel line connection or where the clear bowel attaches to the casting or at the hollow bolt. There are gaskets for each part did you by the hole assembly new and its still leaking is that the problem? Rod MI

It's the old part that leaks, it looks like the casting warped. I may try to grind it a little truer or maybe a wad silicone would make do until I can find the right new part.

Where did you try? Go to an old New Holland (Ford) dealer.
