Take the wheel off the right side & put it on the left side see if the problen is still present if the problem changes sides you know the wheel is the problem look at the hubs to see they are the same

Bob, you probably have two different style rims. Look at the inside part of both rims and see where the center of each rim is welded to the outer part. If there is a difference you should be able to see it without measuring. It sounds like one has a different offset than the other. I had the identical problem.

My brother found a similar problem on an 841 we bought at an auction. It turned out that one hub had been replaced with a new one which used larger outside diameter spindle bearings. The previous owner had mistakenly used an older and smaller taper bearing in the newer and larger outer bearing race. It didn't make contact until it was half way through the outer race. This made the wheel assembly rub the axle assembly. You might check this in addition to the previously mentioned rim-offset and tire suggestions.

Are the tires the exact make and size? Some brands are biggr than others. Is the rims the same with? Is the hub the same distance from the other spindle? Do they have the same air pressure? Are the bearings adjusted correctly? Jack it up and try to move the wheel is it tight?
Are both arms the same and the bolt heads the same thickness? If one of these questions don't tell you what the problem I have no idea.
