Working on my 4500 TLB and am going to change fluids tomorrow. It has a cab on it and I can't find the filler for rear axle. Does the 4500 have separate fillers/drains for trans and rear axle? Where are the fluid level plugs? How much oil will I need? I promise to get the book asap.

I'm guessing your 4500 has a manual trans. The check plugs are on the right side, square head plugs (7/16, I think). The one for the trans is right next to your right ankle, the one for the rear end is incoveniently at the back corner of the foot rest. The drain plugs for each are centered underneath. The fill for the trans is just forward and to the right of the shifter, for the rear end is at the very top, under the seat. Depending on the cab that could be tricky. On my 3500 it's off center to the right; the picture in the manual I have is of the 4500 and it appears to be off center to the left. But it's not good picture.
Good luck
Wm
