I think your tractor has the same pump as the earlier ones. If it does there will be a plug in the top of the pump end cover. Remove the plug then crank(but don't start) the engine. If clear(no bubbles) oil flows out of the hole the pump is primed. To insure no air enters the system crank(but do not start) the engine, and while oil is flowing out of the port re-install the plug. If the pump needs priming put a fitting in the hole, and hook a hose to the fitting(or find a hose you can stuff into the hole). Put the other end of the hose in a container, run the tractor until the oil comes out with no bubbles, then turn off the engine. To insure no air enters the system crank(but do not start) the engine, and while oil is flowing out of the port re-install the plug. Top off the reservoir & you're there. One other thing, be very careful not to allow any contamination(dirt, grit, pieces of rubber hose, etc) to enter the hydraulic system. Good luck...Al English
