If the tractor is in good shape, its worth 6000.00 without the equipment. I didn`t understand the question about the power take off. it`s not a live pto. The pto will stop when you push in the clutch.

A 1710 may or may not have live PTO depending on how it is equipped.

bud,
sorry I rushed the question and didn't finish...I didn't know what PTO stood for and how it applied to the tractor. Power Take Off means what ..power being applied to other equipment that is on the tractor? sorry for my ignorance...they don't have ford tech manuals in pdf format on the internet do they??? Thanks

pto is the power take off - the shaft sticking out the back of the tractor to power implements, like balers & snow blowers & so on - maybe even a hyd pump for the backhoe???

A 4wd with under 1000 hours, a loader, and a backhoe? You are stealing it for $6000 - the backhoe alone would go $2500+ around these parts if it's not beat up, the tractor is $4000+ - probably a lot of plus, the loader is $1500+.

You're stealing it. But that's ok if they are selling it for that. :)
