Hello Anthony, I have a 1964 model 2000 offset which is about 85 % restored. I had another one that I sold to a used tractor dealer and he had never seen one. My 2 offsets were 4 serial numbers different and were built one day apart. I'm kind of sorry now that I sold the other one. I have a owners manual supplement for a 501 but have never heard of or seen one for the 2000 offset. I have no idea how many ford built and I worked 17 of my 41 years with ford at the ford tractor division in highland Park, romeo , troy and basildon england. Where are you located? My current 2000 is serial number 74672. It appears the 4 cylinder 2000 series was built at least thru October of 1964 and may be longer. Many casting dates on my tractor are 1964 and 1965. You have a rare tractor. Don (MI)

I have a 541 offset, I haven't had any luck finding out how many 501 and 2000 offset models that were made. Ford made no division between ser. #s and models. I have had this one 5 years, and have only seen 2 other 501s and only one 2000 offset. I judge by the reaction at the few shows I have taken it to, that they are fairly rare & collectable. BURT.
