Trying to learn what I have

I have a Ford Tractor. 4 cylinder gas. It was built in the late 50s I think. The tractor has an offset engine. I think it is a 541 workmaster offset. Is this correct? How can I tell? Was there any other offset made that I could be mistaking this for? Also, if this is what I have is the engine 134cc or 172cc. I need a manifold because the intake side has a bad crack. Does anyone know where I could get such and animal?

THanks,
Aaron

It sounds like a 501 series offset, but Ford did make a 2000 offset in the early sixties, too. Best thing to do is find the model and serial number stamped on the trans housing below the air cleaner on a horizontal flat surface. A 541 would have a 4 speed trans. I think I heard that 501's were also offered with the SOS trans which would make it a 571 or 581. Here's a link to help find the serial/model numbers.

OK I have located that number.... It was covered in many, many years of paint. I can barely make out a 5 and the 41 are in fair shape. What size engine did they have? 134ci??
