Ford Tractor Enthusiastes,

Bought this 1953 NAA Golden Jubilee which appears to be in excellant condition with brand new tires for $4,300 in June, 2003. It came with 72" back blade, spike tooth harrow and a bottom plow. I wanted to add this information to the Ford tractor list of purchases and prices. Can anyone out there help me out with this? I live just north of Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. I will be using this machine to mow 20 acres of grass twice a year.

if you'r going to mow with a rotary cutter(bushhog)a 5' wide will be the max, if your cutting heavy grass, also get a overriding cluth for your pto shaft asap, repace the top link with a chain so not use a straight bar for the conection(this will let the back of the bush hog to come up when neccessary) quite often,,,540 rpm is not wide open either... i paid 800 dollars for mine but i was in the 8th grade , now im 55
