I read through the archives and I can't seem to find what I am looking for.

1)Rest-O-Ride Seat- What is this thing supposed to look like? It is to the point I can move the seat from its top to bottom position, no resistance, no springs. Kind of nice actually because I move it up and back for me, and my wife moves it down for her so she can be closer.

2)I think the adjustmant screw on the back is locked. There is a plastic cone piec that looks like it should have a cap. Nothings moving. Should the thread rod come through there? Are they regular threads or LH?

3)Mounting studs for the Seat- I saw a post for this. When taking the seat of, the stud came out of the casting. It had a pin on the end of the stud. I read this is for something to do with the draft. I put the stud back in. Could someone please clarify the function of the pin.

Thanks.

Matt

Matt, did the stud with the pin come out of the front or rear hole? I ran into the same thing, mine had a bolt in the rear and stud and pin in the front.
