I was wondering if there is some sort of vent on the rear end of my Ford 3000 1966 tractor... I just did a brake job and would not like to do this again, almost every vehicle (with a rear end) I looked at, had some sort of vent, including my Motorcycle... So if someone could let me know if there is one on my tractor, and where to find it, I would appreciate it...

it is either under the seat with a cap on top or one of the 3 bolts is drilled that holds the draft control spring plunger rod in place behind and below the seat.

Scott,

Well, I looked all over that rear end. Not one vent or hollow bolt could be found… Even removed the seat for a better look. I also talked to the New Holland Service Man… He don’t remember seeing one. I know, not seeing and knowing is different. But I am still at loss.
