Lots of differences between 8N and Jubilee. Such as:
1. Live hydraulics (no live pto unless you find one of the rare optional live pto conversions....most of them are broken with no parts available).
2. 134 cu in 32 hp overhead valve Red Tiger engine instead of 23 hp flathead engine.
3. Improved hydraulic system.
4. Different appearance with the "cyclops" hood emblem.
5. Bigger overall tractor.

Items that are basically the same:
1. 4 speed trans
2. Big nut on the rear axle
3. Colors

If anyone can think of other items I've missed, please chime in.

Reverse speed on 9N/2N is as fast as first forward gear; on the 8N, reverse is as fast as forward third gear; on the jubilee, reverse is as fast as forward second gear; late 8N were 26.19 pto HP and Jubilee were 31.14 pto HP, Nebraska tractor tests 443 and 494 respectively. Jubilee is 4 inches longer overall, about hundred pounds heavier than late 8N. Hydraulic response is faster on a jubilee.
