I would like to change my 12.4x28 to 14.9x28. If I do this will my 681 hang low in the front or will changing the front tires from 6.50x16 to 7.50x16 level it back out? Also how wide of a rim should I use on the 14.9 tires? I would like as wide of a footprint
as I can get. Many Thanks to all answers.

sounds like you're changing the tire width, so I don't think it will have any effect on the tractor sitting level to the ground.... the 12.4x28 Firestone Tire on my 54 NAA mounts on an 11" aftermarket rim, my other rear tire is a 11.2x28 on the orginal 10" rim both rims are 28"... if you have the tire picked find out what rim size it supposed to fit... here is web site in Ohio that has some tire and rim listings I found helpful
