I just sold my N with loader. (in PIC) (at least I think I did. don't have the cash in hand yet)

I am looking at a 861 with loader. Beside the increase in power, what else can I expect.

Are these reliable? (has 5 speed trans)

Are parts available?

I just as soon stay with the Ford, kinda like em.

Any comments?

I have two of the 800 series tractors (sold my N to get the second 800) I was so impressed with the power differance between my 8N and the 800's I have never regreted the switch. The live hydraulics and live PTO are going to be like a new world to you, I don't know how I ever survived without them. They are reliable and I also have the 5 speed trans in both of mine and I love them the first gear is nice and slow and 5th makes over the road travel nice. Your second gear will be the same as your first gear speed is in the n. All in all a great tractor.
