Just bought a 841 (not sure yet of year)with loader but no 3 point. Figured Id put a diverter valve in the lines to the bucket for the 3 point, but what unit should I find/buy? Will 8N or similar fit without modification? Thanks for your time

Thoght x4x had 3pt, at worst you would need to find just the arms, internals should be there.

If it's a x2x maybe those were the models without 3pt, sounds like a major job to rig something up, you'd need a transplant rear end from an equiped 100 series tractor - cheaper than rigging something half-way.

Maybe I don't understand the question?

2 wheel drive - PTO and lower pins are there. So all I should need ( I hope) is arms and hydrolic lines off an 8N, 100 series?
