Looks to me like a Fordson Super Dexta (made in England).

Yeah, it's a Fordson Super Dexta; started out in 1957 as the Fordson Dexta with 144 cubic inch Ford/Perkins engine and 3-
speed with hilo for 6 forward and 2 reverse; engine was enlarged to 152 cu.in. in about 1962, called the Super Dexta and got the protruding snout above the grill; 39 PTO horsepower, not 30 like the ad says; Fordson name was dropped about when the first 4-
cylinder Ford Thousand series came out and it was relabeled the Ford Diesel 2000; headlight mounting holes in the hood sides means it's an early SD, probably older than the ad says--newer tractors had headlights in the grill; production stopped in 1964; they're the best; Ford started making there own complete engines for the 1965 Thousand Series, turned loose of that engine and Perkins went on to produce a few kazillion for MF's and others. Quickee paint job, for sure.
