Chris, the first thing you ought to do is check the fluid level with the lift arms all the way up, engine off. If the level is fine and the fluid is not milky or execssively dirty prime the pump. You may have a flow control valve on that tractor located on the right side above the foot rest. Should be a black knob. If the knob is screwed out the lift slows down, if screwed in the lift speeds up. Also make sure the tractor is in position control rather than draft control. That lever is on the right side sort of under the seat. It should be in the up position. If the lift works fine after the pump is primed but loses prime after sitting a day or so you have an air leak. In that case my thinking is that either the pump or lift cover needs rebuilding. There are two filters for that system both of which are inside the lift cover. You can only get to one of them unless you're houdini. If you pull the lift cover you might as well rebuild it b/c it's a pain to get on and off and it's not expensive. The pump can be professionally rebuilt for around $100-150.00. Some of the more experienced members will know more but that's my $0.02.
