The 3pt on our Ford 960 will not raise or lower, but it has had an overhaul on the pump about five years ago. I just noticed last week that the place where the center link attaches to, (I believe it is called the draft control), was moved out about a quarter of an inch. I didn't know if that would matter or not. Also when you go to move the bottom lifts by hand they are really loose, could this be a problem? We will really need this tractor when haying season starts to power our Ford sickle mower seeing that it is the only tractor that can run it right.

losse links are no problem. take plug out of pump back section and see if it pumps oil do not start and be prepared to catch oil trying not to take shower if it pumps you need to check presure but their is a lot to that with guages and tie down rear links bleeding may make 3 point work. it meens seal is out of pump and could need overhauled 1-800-2821438
