I HAVE A 1953 JUBILEE IM REBULIDING THE ENGINE IN FRAME. COULD ANY ONE TELL ME THE BEST WAY TO GET THE SLEEVES OUT? I HAVE ONE THAT IS BAD BUT I LIKE TO CHANGE ALL OF THEM. THANKS

I asked the same question a few months back. The one that worked for me was putting a couple of hot pass welds down the sleeves. I think I use a 7018. I did about 5 or 6 welds down the sleeves. I let it cool for just a second then got a brass punch & still had to beat them out. It worked fine for me.

Protect your crankshaft if you do it that way! Don't spatter it with weld. A sleeve puller will often work without the weld trick.
