my fmd transmission oil turns frothy and cream colored. I put new 80/90 gear oil in and started it up for a few minutes and when I took the cap off to check the level creamy oil overflowed the levl hole. could anyone tell me what might be causing this? thanks.

Unless you flushed the trans out with solvent or fuel you would still have the leftover creamy oil coating the inside of the trans. The creamy frothy oil is caused by moisture from condension
