Looking for engine specs like timming of diesel pump, injector specs, torque specs for whole engine, but mostly the cylinder head. Should the cylinder head be retorqued after a few hours? And to what?

The diesel pump is a minamec pump.

The engine is a Ford 5000, 236 (1972) engine, diesel.

Pump timing is 19 degrees. The manuals will tell you the head torque is 105 ft/lbs , but torque them to 115 ft/lbs. There was a bulletin a long time back dealing with this. Also make sure ALL head bolts have a hardened washer on them.Part # 377490S. As a rule I'll set the intakes at .017"cold on the intakes and .020" cold on the exhaust. It wouldn't hurt to retorque the head and reset the valves after 20-25 hrs.
