Have any of you folks ever used tin from Mike's
Tractors? They advertise a complete hood assembly
for NAA and hunderd series for $495.00 plus $15
shipping. The picture is not real clear but it
appears to NOT have the embossed FORD script on
the hood sides and the grill is not correct for
the NAA (elongated hole vs. oval hole), Thanks,

The sheet metal from Mike's is not embossed with the Ford script, I have three tractors and two of them have the sheet metal from Mike's. They may need a little adjusting to fit but over all I am happy with them and nothing beats working with new metal. If you are making the tractor a show quality tractor you may want to go over a few spots on the tin as sometimes there are marks in the tin from the stamping machines. The picture of my 1956 860 has a Mike's hood package.

Mike, Your tractor looks nice. The Jubliee I am
redoing will not be restoration correct, just built to my preference. Was the price I mentioned
close? I currently own 2ea. 2N's, the Jubilee, an
850 and a 961. I would love to make my 850 look as good as yours. Thanks for the info, Bob Stanley

Bob, I bought the hood shown in 2003 and the price was $495 plus shipping, and I believe the shipping was $50.00. The tractor in the photo is the spoiled child of the bunch it's not allowed to do the dirty chores, I leave the dirty work to my 2N and my 850, all of which are restored. Good luck Dave
