Does anyone out there have any info on a 2-arm loader with hydraulic bucket to fit a Ford 981? Seems like they're rare and hard to find. I know where there is one in Illinois on a early 4000 but the farmer loves it and uses it every day. I have a lot of old Ford literture and none of it shows that kind of loader just one-arm's. Curious what would run the hydraulics since you can't use a crankshaft pulley on a 981. Any help would be appreciated!

BigR, You might try Tom Foggerty in Fonda Iowa. His phone is 712-468-2522. Best time to call is between 7 am and 9am. The hydraulics would be run off the auxilary hydraulic valves located under the front of the seat unless yours just has the plate there, and you'd have to have a double valve for a loader with hydraulic bucket. Most of these older tractors had a single auxilary valve for dumping wagons and running trip bucket loaders.. But there are some double valves around. The 701 loader I had on my 901 had the brackets for bucket cylinders a person would"ve had to run some lines for them though. John
