THE REAR LIGHTS OPTION (WITH IMPLIMENT LIGHT) ON A JUBILEE, WERE THERE LIGHTS ON BOTH FENDERS OR JUST THE RIGHT SIDE ?

I agree with what Mike said. Many people like a red tail light on the left fender and a work light on the right fender, figuring the red light is best on the outside when on the highway.

Bill, the rear light option was dealer installed and I suspect many were even owner installed, so there is not one way to do it. I"ve see many only on one fender and some on both.
Even seen some in combination with a rear tailight. They do make mounting brackets that are designed for left and right fenders so you will find them both ways. My Jubilee has both a left fender work light and tail light with a license plate bracked mounted above the tail light where I"ve mounted my SMV sigh.
