I have a 1963 Ford 2000. The three point stopped working. It is in the lowest postion. I have tried engaging the draft control and nothing.
I have checked the fluid and checked the pump for prime, nothing. What next?

When you checked the pump for prime, you said nothing, meaning... no oil, or no air, or...?
There should have been oil seeping around the plug when you loosened it.

Any chance your proofmeter stopped working at the same time? On one rare occasion, I actually saw the splines on the pump shaft let go, that was a pricey fix....

If no other hydraulics are present to verify that the pump produces pressure and the relief valve is OK, I'd do a pressure test.
