When I made my new inching pedal lever, I neglected to note the orientation of the roll pin hole relative to the arm. I need to know the position of the hole fot the roll pin in relation to the lever arm or horizontal / vertical / angle as viewed from outside the transmission when the pedal is *not* pressed down.

Thank you,

Dave

Can anyone think why my inching pedal just slumped forward like it lost a spring. In this position the tractor will not move in any gear. when I used a medium size rubber band attached it to the pedal on the outside to keep the pedal up, the transmission works, shifts and goes. Any idea what the problem might be and how to fix it? Thank you all.

Dave I just went out and checked mine. If your shaft is connected and where it needs to be inside the transmission, then when looking at the shaft end on the outside of the transmission the hole on mine is approximately at the 2:00---8:00 position from vertical with the top of the transmission. I looked real hard thinking that it might be at the 2:30----8:30 position, but I think it is closer to the 2:00---8:00 angle. The hole in the foot pedal arm is at right angle to the foot pedal. Good Luck. Dan Robertson

I musta had farther to go. My 881 is 45 degrees from vertical. The pedal ahead 45 and the pin, perpendickalar to the pedal at 45 degrees behind.
