I have trouble with my 3 point hitch when I turn the engine off. The 3 point hitch will bleed off and lower my bush hog. Where should I look to correct this from happening??

Take the advice that was given to me when I first started using a tractor, always lower the implement when not in use, this releases the strain on hyd. seals, plus reduces the risk of implement dropping on some unfortunate one that happens to get to close.

Good advice, especially because kids love to play on tractors. Awhile back somebody was having fits trying to figure out why his 3ph wouldn't lower. Turned out his son and friends turned off the flow control valve. He was lucky the 3ph lever wasn't pushed down while one of them had a foot under a box scraper blade instead. I ground everything even if I'm just going for lunch. As far as the 3ph bleeding down, the 3ph probably cycles up and down while in operation as well. Leaking around a number of parts will produce the condition. I'm not aware of any simple fixes like adjustments. If it were me, I'd just leave it until it gets aggravating enough to fix.
