I have recentley changed the fluid for the power lift. It has been working great until yesterday. If I put an implement on, the power takeoff will only lift about an inch and a half. Without an implement, it still works pretty good. Can you give me a clue as to what to do to fix this problem? Thank you very much.

Off hand, I'd suspect you've got a problem building up fluid pressure. With the right hand cover off you can check it for leakage, particularly around lift piston and the pump's pressure relief valve.

Sounds like the cam-follower pin is buggered up.
Get yourself an I&T FO-4 manual and then post this question on the Ford, N-Board. Those guys will set you on the right track....

check the gaskets on the pump itself after you check through the inspection plate. Word of advice--replace of them while you have the pump out. Dummy me only replaced one, and had to go back in a few days later! It is a simple job to do--get your manual out for reference.
