Hi,

I would add some sea-foam or sta-bil to it and run it out quickly. Maybe even some fuel dryer to get out any water that may be in it from sitting around.

You can bet that in the last 50 years the tractor has had worse fuel that that in it!

No, you don't need to use lead additive. The lead additive isn't going to do anything for that old engine. The little bit of 2 cycle oil mixed in the gas won't do any more than foul the plugs if you used a lot of it over a period of time. There's been numerous occasions when I dumped 25:1 saw gas in the truck to get to town. Beats the heck out of walking. Use it, and don't look back...

Now Now you know better than that. Going to cause problems. Stick with good clean regular gas.

Only thing the lead stuff is good for is to waste your money on. Doesn't really help any thing and it also doesn't have any lead in it. Useing that oil will/may foul the plugs and if its very old it can also cause other problems.
