I got a 64 Ford 4000 With the 172 CU motor. I installed a new rear main seal in the tractor becouse it was pouring oil so fast. After about 5 minutes of running the tractor is still pouring oil the same amount (alot of oil) I installed the rear main seal the correct way. I just cant figure it out. The oil is coming out from behind the rear main cap

hi Bill, No help here, but the subject comes up now and again. Enter "rear main seal" in the 'Search for' box. Some archive hits will help, some won't. Click the link for an example.
