'70 4000 Ford Power Steering Pump / Cylinder

Need the PN#"s for the seal kit for the power steering pump and filter. The pump number is C7NN3K514B SN# 11532 built by Plessey Dynamics.
Also, the seal kit for the cylinder which is a Hydrosteer VC1400245, the numbers on the cylinder have been overstamped twice with th numbers 11 70 and 22 69. The cylinder has a 7/8th"s shaft.

Take the pump apart and inspect the housing for wear, and the shaft bushings for wear, if there's actually anything left of them. If the bushings are visibly worn, buy a new pump. You will gain absolutely nothing from installing a 70 buck seal kit in a worn out pump. The pump should be available fairly economically from Hy-Capacity... but price through NewHolland as well, as sometimes they are competitive on pumps.
The cylinder would be the same game. Go to NH and look for parts for a 1970 4000. They should have a seal kit. If not, then go through a local hydraulics shop, and they should be able to match up a set of seals for you. HTH.
