My Grandfather purchased a new 861 around 1959. We don"t have any pictures of it. Could someone please post pictures of a Restored or Near Restored 861? I would like to have some pics of 861"s nearest to OEM as possible. His tractor was Butane burner but beggers can"t be choosers! I"m told there is no such thing as FORD 861 in toys.

Tony, this pic is of my 1961 861 that is almost completely original down to the 310079 muffler; 8BA-12029-A yellow top coil etc. The early model 861 had that on the hood sides while the later had 801 on the hood sides.

Some very good pictures. Is there anyway to blow them up?

This site intentionally limits size due to speed and storage issues.

If you want a bigger pic.. I suggest you look in the tractor pics section.. write down the names of the contribuitors of the pics, then solicit them in the forum asking for a higher res pic of their tractor, and explain what you want it for. You may even find one of the specialized fuel model you were looking for.. etc..

Tony, This is my 861 that is original with the exception of the black generator (should be red) and the rest-o-ride seat replaced by a grammar seat. This tractor has not left the farm since it was delivered new in 1958. I repainted it last winter and have more pictures if you need them.

Have you checked out the 861's; in fact all the 801 series pics available on this site under 'galleries' 'tractor photos'?
