I have a question and want to attach a picture. Does the url thing take the picture off my hard drive or how does this work? If I have put the picture file somewhere else, Where and how? bjr

1. Go to galleries (at left) and post your pic there (just follow instructions).
2. Right click on photo. Select properties. Copy HTTP address.
3. Paste address in Optional image Box at bottom of message box.
4. Voila!

A lot of the guys on this forum use Photo bucket to host pictures. It's free and they have complete instructions on how to use it. The Picture file can be copied from your HD, or floppy or jump drive. Check out photobucket.com

I like photobucket because it will resize the picture for you, and when you copy the url to your post it comes out as a viewable thumbnail that can be clicked to enlarge. You have to register with Photobucket.com to use their service. It's free, but they also have a premium service that they charge for that has more whistles and bells. So far, the free service does all I need, to post pics on this site. Here's a link to one of my posts so you can see what I'm talking about:
