It looks like you have combined your model number and serial number. It appears you have a model 851, serial number 12585. The number starting with EAF is the casting number from your engine block and it designates the 172 cu.in. engine. I believe the 134 cu.in. engine is cast with an EAE number. It appears that you do in fact have an 801 series Powermaster, specifically an 851.

Those are not serial numbers off an 801. An 801 serial # would be 5 or 6 digits and located on the flat on the bellhousing behind the starter and under the air cleaner. The model number would also be there. It would read 8*1. The * could be any number from a 1 to an 8 depending on transmission, PTO and several other options. There could also be diamonds around this number and a few different suffixes such as D for diesel.
